1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and MPC Vintage (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the company that produces the À l'Époque · The Thrifted Runway Experience event series (“À l'Époque”). MPC Vintage is based in Lawrenceville, Georgia. By accessing or using alepoqueexperience.com (the “Site”) or submitting any application or form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to submit an application or otherwise contract with us through the Site. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and your own to share.

3. Applications and submissions

Our designer, model casting, vendor, and media forms are open calls. Submitting an application is an expression of interest only. It does not create any obligation on our part and does not guarantee selection, participation, placement, tickets, accreditation, or compensation. We may accept, decline, or follow up on any submission at our discretion. You agree that:

• The information you provide is true, accurate, and current, and you will update us if it changes materially.
• You have the right to share any materials you submit, including images, links, brand names, and the content of free-text fields.
• You will not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or misleading content, or impersonate any person or entity.
• We may retain and use your submission to evaluate it and to operate the event, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. License to submitted materials

You keep ownership of the materials you submit. By submitting them, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, and use those materials for the purpose of reviewing your application and producing the event. If we wish to use your materials for promotion or publicity beyond that purpose, we will obtain any additional permission separately.

5. Tickets, events, and changes

À l'Époque is an annual event, held in a different location each year; the debut edition takes place during Art Basel weekend in Pompano Beach, Florida. Event details, including date, venue, city, line-up, and programming, are subject to change. We may reschedule, modify, or cancel elements of the experience where circumstances require. Any ticket sales, if and when offered, may carry their own additional terms presented at the point of purchase, which will govern those transactions.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the À l'Époque name, logo, text, design, graphics, and layout, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for its intended, personal, non-commercial purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit spam, attempt to bypass our bot protection, or automate submissions.
• Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Upload malicious code or any content that infringes the rights of others.
• Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organization.

8. Third-party services and links

The Site relies on third-party services for hosting, storage, email, analytics, and bot protection, and may link to third-party websites or social platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of their services is governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MPC Vintage and its organizers, partners, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, opportunity, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or any submission. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MPC Vintage and its organizers and partners from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. MPC Vintage, which operates À l'Époque, is based in Georgia. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
