1. Who we are

À l'Époque · The Thrifted Runway Experience (“À l'Époque”) is an annual fashion-show event produced by MPC Vintage (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a vintage-fashion business based in Lawrenceville, Georgia. MPC Vintage operates primarily in the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia area and across South Florida (Broward and Miami-Dade counties). This Privacy Policy applies to alepoqueexperience.com and the forms, applications, and newsletter offered through it. It does not cover any third-party website we link to.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to review applications, respond to inquiries, and produce the event.

Information you give us. When you submit a designer, model casting, vendor, or media application, our contact form, or the newsletter sign-up, you may provide:

• Identity and contact details: name, email address, phone number, and where relevant a mailing address, city, state, or ZIP code.
• Application content: business or brand name, social media handles and website links, role or category, experience, and other details you choose to include in free-text fields.
• Model casting materials: measurements, representation status, and a headshot or digital you upload, which is stored as an image file.
• Newsletter preference: whether you opt in to receive marketing email from us.

Information collected automatically. When you submit a form we record the IP address the submission came from for security and abuse-prevention purposes. We also use privacy-conscious, aggregate analytics (described in section 6) to understand how the site is used.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Review, evaluate, and respond to your application or inquiry.
• Communicate with you about your submission, the event, and related logistics.
• Send you marketing and newsletter email when, and only when, you have opted in.
• Protect the site against spam, bots, and fraudulent submissions.
• Operate, maintain, and improve the website and our production process.
• Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Newsletter and marketing email

We only add you to our marketing list when you actively opt in: the newsletter checkbox on our forms is never pre-checked, and the footer sign-up is an explicit action. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by using that link or emailing us at info@alepoqueexperience.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional replies about an application or inquiry you submitted.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and the event, and only to the extent they need it to perform their service on our behalf:

• Hosting and storage: our website host and managed database provider, who store submissions and uploaded files on our behalf.
• Email delivery: our transactional and marketing email provider, which sends operator notifications, replies, and (for opted-in subscribers) newsletters.
• Bot protection: our bot-detection provider, which helps verify that form submissions come from real people.
• Analytics: our privacy-focused, aggregate analytics provider (see section 6).

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer. Where these providers process or store data outside your state or country, they do so under their own commitments to safeguard it.

6. Cookies and analytics

We aim to keep tracking to a minimum. We use privacy-conscious, aggregate analytics to measure traffic and page performance; these are designed to avoid identifying individual visitors. Our bot-protection provider may set a cookie or read limited device signals to tell humans from automated traffic when you interact with a form. Where we use cookies or similar technologies that require it, we will present a consent notice and respect your choice. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings.

7. Data retention

We keep application and inquiry data for as long as needed to evaluate submissions, run the event, and meet legal or record-keeping needs, after which we delete or anonymize it. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information sooner using the contact details below, subject to any obligation we have to retain it.

8. How we protect your information

We use encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers to safeguard your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive information you do not want us to have through our forms.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of marketing, or to limit certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at info@alepoqueexperience.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

10. Children's privacy

The site and our applications are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the event and our practices evolve. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here, and your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
